Title: Percy Jackson fights monsters and took a Titan’s name

Story: In the sequel that we all needed, Percy (and Annabeth and Grover, plus an unexpected brother) go on a quest to save their camp after an unwarranted attack. Watch out for old rivalries and such.

Yay or Nay? Boo to the naysayers, because I say YAY!

Bonus points: Percy’s destiny.

Anti-bonus points: Could Percy be good or bad?

Gods: In Demigods We Trust (and an honorable mention of Dionysus saying that Jesus could have turned his water into wine…well, not even Jesus can help him kick the habit!)

Adventures: yes

Family Drama: tons

Destiny: Percy will either save the world or destroy it.

Book-to-movie: yes

Recommendation:  Family friendly
