Summary: The true story of the horse named Secretariat and how he won the 1973 Triple Crown.

In a time of uncertainty, a woman named Penny Chenery takes over her father’s horse farm after he gets sick and dies, and she has no knowledge of horse racing at all. Enter Secretariat, the horse with a natural running ability and the will to win whatever race he was in. The story takes a quick turn with Penny and legendary horse trainer Lucien Laurin leading Secretariat to winning the ultimate prize and capturing the country’s imagination.

My review: I say this is a great inspirational story and it had its moments where you feel like you are in the middle of the action. I really enjoyed this film.

My recommendation: highly recommend
