Intro: Well, the end of the quintet has come, but c’mon, we can still keep it going, right?

Summary:

Charlie Bone is now 12 years old and is now far from being a normal little boy without a care in the world. But his troubles are far from over, as an evil shadow threatens to destroy the Children of the Red King and Charlie finds clues to the whereabouts of his missing father, Lyell. He must also deal with his bewitched mother, surprising new relatives, and even a cruel witch bent on destroying him. Can Charlie ever find his father and set things right once again?

My review: Another wonderful book. Just right to end it all here.

My recommendation: Anyone looking to recover from Harry Potter should read this book.

My rating: ****
